Selling in Multiple Channels
Zephyr customers are always looking for new ways to increase their sales. One “out of the box” method we have found to be successful is to target sales in multiple channels. Most of our distributor customers focus on the jan/san market. However, in that channel, mops and brooms have lots of competition with other manufacturers and distributors. If you expand your focus to include other channels such as office supply products, foodservice or hardware stores, you will face less competition with our product category.
